Standard Service Package

Experience hassle-free laundry with our comprehensive Standard Service Package, which includes:

  • Sorting
  • Stain Treatment
  • Wash
  • Dry
  • Fold
  • Air/Hang Dry (upon request – please provide hangers)

  • Pickup & Delivery

Pricing:

  • $2 per pound for clothing items (15-pound minimum, $30 minimum charge)
  • $5 pickup & delivery fee (within a 15-mile radius of our location)

Turnaround Time:

  • Typically, 24-48 hours
  • Same-day service available with a $25 rush fee

Additional Services

  • Fluff & Fold: $1 per pound for clothing items
  • Large Household Bedding Items: $4 per pound (Wash/Dry/Fold)

Laundry Products

Choose from our selection of scented or unscented laundry products. Please inform us of any allergies. You can also provide your preferred brand in a separate bag at pickup.

  • Detergents: Ultra Fresh or All Free & Clear
  • Stain Treatment: Shout or OxiClean
  • Softener: Downy Rinse & Refresh, White Vinegar
  • Dryer Sheets: Wool Dryer Balls

How It Works

Preparation:

  • Place items in a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag (no boxes or hampers).
  • Bag items before our arrival.
  • If you're not home, leave items on the front porch for pickup.

Pickup:

  • We'll knock first to see if you're home.
  • Missed pickup fee: $15 if you forget to leave your laundry out.

Bag Guidelines:

  • Bags can be filled completely but should not be overstuffed.
  • Bags will be weighed before washing. Additional $2 per pound for bags over 20 pounds.

Special Requests:

  • Separate and label items needing special processing.
  • Select water temperatures: Cold, Warm, or Hot.
  • Provide hangers if you prefer items to be hung instead of folded.

Delivery:

  • Items will be delivered within 24-48 hours of pickup, except on weekends, holidays, and rushed orders.
  • Invoices will be sent the day before delivery and must be paid before delivery takes place.

Service Frequency

We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time services to fit your needs. We're happy to accommodate any specific requests on how you would like your laundry processed.
